2 Billion of our tax dollars to the Brazilian oil co

 o k, my fellow Americans, how does this smell: Obama goes to Brazil (while we send troops in harms way I might add), releases 2 Billion of our tax dollars to the Brazilian oil co. Petrobras, so they can drill and we can buy their oil. just think how many U S companies would love to have 2 billion to work with? but someone explain this: George Soros just happened to just sell 22 million worth of petrobras stock! and he still has some preferred Petrobras stock! and people bitch about the Koch bros? how come no one in media brings this up?
